"Cannabis Recovery Plan"

Follow this plan for 2 to 3 weeks:

  1. EXERCISE REGULARLY
    Perform aerobic exercise (walking, jogging, swimming, etc.) at least 3 times a week. Aerobics improves brain circulation, boosts metabolic rate and mobilizes body fats that store cannabinoids (marijuana metabolites). Exercise helps to eliminate these metabolites from the body.
    If you don't exercise regularly, start with a brisk walk. Gradually build up to 30-minute sessions.

  2. SWEAT OUT MARIJUNA METABOLITES
    Perspire in a low heat sauna or steam room to increase the excretion of marijuana metabolites stored inside fat cells and membranes from your body.
    Many people begin with two daily 15-minute sessions in a low heat sauna (140-160 degrees) or as long as they can comfortably tolerate it and gradually build up to 30-minute sessions. Always have somebody keep an eye on you, and drink plenty of pure water to replace fluids. Do not fall sleep in the sauna or steam room.

  3. CONSUME ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS AND PHOSPHOLIPIDS
    Enhance the formation, replacement and structure of fat cells, membranes, neuro-components and metabolites. Supplement your diet with Phosphatadylserine, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and Lecithin. Consume about 1/3 your daily calories from a combination of essential fatty acids.
