AFFILIATE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

AFFILIATE NETWORK MEMBERSHIP
1. Applicant is of legal age in their state or country.
2. All AFFILIATE APPLICATIONS are subject to approval by .
3. You are not an AFFILIATE until a completed AFFILIATE AGREEMENT is on file with and you are registered in our database.
4. You are not required to pay any fee to become a AFFILIATE.
5. will determine whether a party is linked to you in our database. Our determination is final and binding.
6. AFFILIATES are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, sales representative, or employment relationship between us.
7. All AFFILIATES are independent contractors and will not treat you as an employee with respect to the Internal Revenue Code, Social Security Act, Federal Unemployment Acts, or any other federal, state, or local statute. We will not deduct any taxes from your Referral Commissions and we will issue you a Form 1099 or equivalent at the end of each calendar year as required by the IRS.
8. AFFILIATES agree to assume all responsibility to pay any federal and state income taxes, Social Security and similar obligations to any government on any payment they receive from us.
9. AFFILIATES agree to indemnify and hold harmless its employees, affiliates, agents, owners, members and directors against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to any breach of the provisions in this agreement.
10. This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of NEVADA. Any action relating to this Agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration in Reno Nevada.
AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS AND SALES
1. offers a 30-day money back guarantee for unopened and unused products for its retail customers. It is the responsibility of each AFFILIATE to refund the purchase price of the product to the customer who is dissatisfied. will promptly replace any product that is returned to us. (See section E. PRODUCT RETURNS, BREAKAGES & DISCREPANCIES).
2. will process all product orders placed by customers who follow links from your site to our site and use your AFFILIATE ID. We will track sales made by all customers linked to you and provide reports that summarize their sales activity.
3. will pay you a monthly AFFILIATE COMMISSION equal to 10% of the purchase price for all applicable products sold to our customers who are directly linked to your AFFILIATE ID. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS are paid after the order, payment and shipment has occurred.
4. reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with policies.
5. AFFILIATES must purchase a minimum of $150 of products per month to receive AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS each month from product purchases made by AFFILIATES that you sponsor and are linked to your AFFILIATE ID.
6. If a customer returns or cancels purchases on which you have been paid AFFILIATE COMMISIONS, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your next monthly AFFILIATE COMMISIONS payment.
7. mails AFFILIATE COMMISSION checks (less any taxes withheld under applicable law) after the 20th of the proceeding calendar month. The minimum amount paid per AFFILIATE Commission checks is $10. A processing fee of $3 will be automatically deducted from each payment made to you.
8. AFFILIATES may provide a link from a referring website to the website to earn Commissions based on the sale of products as outlined in this agreement.
ADVERTISNG AND PROMOTON
1. AFFILIATES may not promote and its products via unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming).
2. AFFILIATES are responsible for ensuring that their advertising obeys all applicable copyright, trademark, libel, Federal Trade Commission, FDA, other laws and guidelines.
3. AFFILIATES agree not to make any statements, representations, warranties or claim of any kind on behalf regarding that differ from approved materials.
4. AFFILIATES may not display the name, image, or link in any way that defames and harms the name.
5. You must obtain written authorization before you publish in any medium (print, electronic or other) any marketing materials that differ from the materials authorized by .
AFFILIATE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. AFFILIATES may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by sending us written notice of termination. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS accrued, but not paid, before termination may be withheld for a reasonable time in order to ensure that the proper final Referral Fees are paid to you.
2. AFFILIATES may not assign this Agreement by operation of law without prior written consent. Any assignment in violation of this provision shall be invalid.
3. reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions, at any time. If any such revision is unacceptable to you, you should terminate this Agreement immediately.
4. is not liable for any damages (including lost profits and damages) that result from any inconvenience, delay, or loss with respect to this agreement or the use, malfunction or unavailability of the website.
5. If an applicant submits more than AFFILIATE APPLICATION, only the first application submitted and processed by will be considered as valid.
PRODUCT RETURNS, BREAKAGES & DISCREPANCIES
1. AFFILIATES may return products to in unopened usable condition for full refund, exchange or credit.
2. AFFILIATES must call, FAX or e-mail for approval of the return before prior to sending the products to the company.
3. Upon approval, AFFILIAITES will be sent an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
4. To make a return, please repackage very carefully and include the following information:
  - Your registered AFFLIATE NAME and AFFILIATE ID number.
  - Your address and phone numbers.
  - The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Code.
  - The order number.
